The digital version of Rekog is hosted on the Kahana platform. When accessing the digital game, you will be asked to acknowledge and accept Kahana's Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the platform and any transactions made through it.

4. User-Generated Content
If you upload images for custom cards, you retain your rights to your content, but grant us a license to use, store, and display that content. You must not upload content that infringes on others' rights or contains inappropriate material. 8. Refunds and Cancellation
Based on Kahana's Terms and Conditions, all purchases are non-refundable. For the unlimited access plan, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all content until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period.
